Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Team visited KVIS on 22 September 2016
Chief representative of Japan International Cooperation Agency(JICA), Mr. Hiroo Tanaka (ฮิโรโอะ ทานากะ), led the team from the Embassy of Japan in Thailand comprising Mr. Keisuke Karaki (เคสุเกะ คารากิ, the First Secretary), Mr. Yojiro Miyashita (โยจิโระ มิยาชิตะ, JICA representative), and Dr. Takahiro Otsuka (ทากาฮิโระ โอซึกะ, JICA representative) to visit Kamnoetvidya Science Academy to get to know the set up and the running of the school.
The team was greeted by Dr. Pailin Chuchottaworn, Dr. Thongchai Chewprecha, Dr. Jarunee Tantiwachwuttikul, and Dr. Surachai Thachepan. After a nice lunch together at the KVIS canteen, the team visited various sections of KVIS and was impressed by the small class size of 18 students per class at KVIS where the lecture portion and the laboratory section are integrated as one.
